Because every Baby Vase is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on fresh floral products.

If your Baby Vase arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the arrangement. We are committed to providing a beautiful experience and will work with you to make it right whenever possible.
